The Association for the Promotion of Carnival Friendship with Tenerife is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and preservation of carnival traditions between Puerto de la Cruz and various cities in Germany. Our aim is to strengthen cultural ties and preserve the joy of carnival for future generations.

In 2019, Martin took over as head of the delegation after 5 years of supporting Manfred Kaiser, the then head of the delegation. At the same time, Martin was treasurer of KG Regenbogen e.V. for 11 years and is still deputy commander of the honor guard of the city of Düsseldorf - bodyguard of the Lord Mayor. In his professional life, he is a sales representative for ARAG Versicherung.
Frank, son of the former CC President Günther Pagalies, was born into the carnival. Initially, he drove the Venetia to her appointments, in 2005 he joined the Ehrengarde Stadt Düsseldorf, where he was Vice President from 2006 and President of the Ehrengarde Stadt Düsseldorf e.V. from 2013 to 2022, where he has headed the Senate since 2023. Professionally, he manages the Frank Pagalies car dealership in Dormagen.
Born in northern Germany, she started out in the Red and White Princes' Guard on horseback and in the sutlery. In 2023, she became a member of the Rheinische Garde Blau-Weiss 1968. She discovered her love for Puerto de la Cruz during her many visits there. Professionally, she is a Market Development Manager in the medical sector.
Max has been playing drums with the Wersten Music Company on stages in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area for over 20 years. He has been a member of KG Regenbogen e.V. since 2018 and an enthusiastic delegation participant in Puerto de la Cruz. In 2022 he joined the City of Düsseldorf Honor Guard. Professionally, he works in planning at Deutsche Telekom.
