The Förderverein der karnevalistischen Freundschaft zu Teneriffa e.V. is a non-profit association. Our aim is to maintain and promote the wonderful tradition and friendship between the city of Puerto de la Cruz in the north of Tenerife and the carnival strongholds of Düsseldorf, Neuss, Duisburg, Bonn, Mönchengladbach and Eschborn and to safeguard it for the future.

Part of this beautiful friendship, which has existed since 1972, is the annual exchange with our friends from the Canary Islands Carnival.
Every year, we welcome around 30 representatives from Tenerife, wow them with our carnival, introduce them to the participating cities and take care of the program, transport and catering.
We need your support so that these encounters and shared experiences can continue.
